However, it's important to note that the area is considered safe as the police are always present. Our property is equipped with a Minut noise detector for everyone's comfort. It measures noise levels, without recording sound, to ensure a peaceful environment. If noise exceeds a set limit, it’ll alert us to keep things neighbor-friendly. Your privacy is respected; it’s all about maintaining harmony. Thanks for being mindful during your stay! Please note: All guests are required to complete a pre-check-in form via SuiteOp, which includes submitting a government-issued ID, signing a rental agreement, and providing a refundable security deposit ($500). The place was just as beautiful as the pictures! I went to a meeting at Parq Casino, and this spot was super convenient. The underground parking was perfect for the location. My favourite part was the deep-clean bathtub. I’d definitely stay here again if I ever visit Vancouver again.

Lovely place , centrally located. Very convenient and comfortable stay. I will definitely make it my regular place when in Vancouver. I checked in post mid night and the instructions were clear and Jon was even available at that hour to assist.
